A fully customisable planner with a weekly layout. Easily view your week at a glance with one of eight different layout options. Follow the 3 easy steps below to build your own perfect planner. If you have any questions, please read our FAQ and/or contact us here.

For the best experience in creating your planner, we recommend using a computer, where you can easily see the preview and customise your design. However, feel free to use your mobile device if that’s more convenient for you.

Step 1: Choose planner dates


NOTE: Default dates are from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025

After you have selected your dates, please click the button below to update your planner preview.

To view each page in full screen, click on the eye button in the bottom left corner of the page options below

3A: Before dates start

3B: In between each week:

3B: 1 page = 52 pages (if your planner covers an entire year)

3C: In between each month:

3C: 1 page = 12 pages (if your planner covers an entire year)

3D: After dates end

Once you add your planner to cart, you cannot go back to check the pages you've chose. Your selections will save but you won't be able to view them again.

Note: The maximum page limit is 386 and you currently have pages.

How To Build Your Perfect Planner

If you have access to a computer, we recommend building your
planner using that instead of on your mobile as you can view the preview and
extra pages easier

  1. Select your start and end date using the calendar
    selection above
  2. Click “update diary” button so you can view your date selection on the planner preview
  3. Choose the layout you’d like your planner to have
    Select all your extra pages by clicking the preview button (little eye) in the bottom left corner of each page to view the page. If you’d like to add that page to your planner, click the + button to increase the quantity
  4. Check the preview to make sure it’s looking how you wish
  5. Add to cart!

While this custom feature is the exact reason Your Perfect
Planner exists, the process is quite complex. If you’re confused about
something or have a question, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we’d be happy to help.

Shipping

We offer standard shipping from $7.95 and express from
$11.95 within Australia. Prices will increase based on the weight of your order.

Click and collect is also available for free. Pick up location is at Tumbi Umbi NSW 2261. Orders must be picked up within 14 days from when it's ready.

Turnaround Time

Please allow 2-14 business days for your order to be shipped.

Due to our planners being custom made to order, it takes much longer to fulfil orders compared to a stocked product, but we work very hard to get them out within 14 days. If you've ordered during a busy sale period, please allow some extra time.

Note from the Founder

I love using the Weekly Planner to view my whole week across the spread. I use the checkbox on the side or bottom (depending on what layout you choose) to plan my meals and write important notes.

I also have a Daily Planner to write out exactly what I'm doing in the morning of each day such as my to-do list, meetings, appointments etc.

Pricing

The price of your planner depends on how many pages it contains. There's a fixed price of $25 then it will increase based on your page choices.

It’s Perfect

I found Your Perfect Planner after extensive searching online and in stores. I use a weekly-layout planner every year but nothing has ever quite fit right; it always has stuff I don’t need or misses the things I do.

My “Your Perfect Planner” process was so simple and my customised planner is perfect for me.

Just as an aside, I would love to see a product I can use year after year, a reusable cover with inserts would be absolutely wonderful.

The ABSOLUTE perfect planner

A work colleague recommended Jess and perfect planner to me. Our work week starts on Sunday so it’s very difficult to find one. So many options and added pages it was difficult to keep it simple.
