Refund policy
We offer refunds on our full priced non-customisable products excluding additional pages, such as our adhesive pen loops, pens, standard year sticker and monthly tab stickers that were purchased at full price, excluding orders paid with Afterpay.
We do not accept refunds on our planners due to the custom nature of them unless covered by our Money Back Guarantee. Our planners are made to order exactly as you’ve built them on our website, so we can’t resell them. This also applies to custom stickers and any other customisable products.
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items, which means you have 30 days after your order arrives at your shipping address to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on our customisable products such as planners, custom stickers and additional pages unless covered by our Money Back Guarantee below. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
30-Day Reduced Overwhelm Money Back Guarantee
We stand behind the transformation we promise.
If you use your planner consistently for 30 days and do not feel less stressed, less overwhelmed and more in control, you may be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Reduced Overwhelm Money Back Guarantee.
To qualify, the following conditions apply:
• First-time planner purchase only (one planner per household).
• The planner must be purchased directly from our website.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your planner.
• The planner must have been used as intended.
• You will need to provide reasonable proof that you have used your planner consistently for at least 30 days (for example, photos of completed pages).
If eligible, the planner must be returned to us before a refund is issued. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
This guarantee applies to one planner per household only. Bulk orders or multiple planners in a single order are not eligible. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to planners purchased during clearance or heavily discounted promotions.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
If You Ordered Using a Discount Code and/or Afterpay
If you ordered using a discount code and/or used Afterpay, you will be eligible for a store credit only. This store credit will be the value of the product you returned at the price you purchased it at. Store credits do not expire.
Exchanges
We do not allow exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
