Is there different covers to choose from?

Short answer: Sort of. See here

Long answer: We don't offer different cover designs at this stage, however if red and pink aren't your thing check out our acrylic cover. It's a separate product that you need to purchase on top of your planner so it does cost extra compared to our standard cover due to the material being more expensive but there's over 40 different colour options to choose from.

Having the standard hardcover in different designs is definitely on the list for future, but for now, we're offering the acrylic colour as an alternative.

I’d really like an extra page for _____. Can you make one?

Yes!* We’re open to custom page requests. If it’s something we believe other people will want, we’re more than happy to create it for you. If it’s something that’s extremely niche and/or we don’t see other customers wanting this sort of page, there may be a small design fee that you’ll need to pay.

Can I provide my own page designs for you to make my planner with?

Yes! If you want to provide your own design for your planner, you’re welcome to. If you can provide it in a PDF, sized correctly, suitable margins and it’s ready to print, there will be no extra fees, you’ll just be charged the normally planner price based off how many pages you have. If your design requires any design alterations such as rearranging pages, size adjustments etc, there will be a small fee for you to cover.

Do I have to get a planner that covers a whole year or can it have a custom date range?

You can choose exactly when your planner starts and ends! When you click on the planner product, you have the option to select the start date and end date of your planner.

How thick are the planner pages? If I use highlighters on one page, can you see the ink on the back?

The pages in our planners are 100gsm which is thicker than standard printer paper (usually 70-80gsm). Through our trialling process we found that ink from highlighters or gel pens do not show on the back of the page. Please note that this outcome could vary depending on your specific highlighter/pen and colour.

When I choose one extra page to add in between each week, why does it automatically add another lined page? - for Weekly Planner

Most Weekly Planner layouts are across a two page spread.That means if you're going to have one page inbetween each week, it will make the layout uneven. Therefore there needs to be an even number of insert pages.

Can I buy a 2024 planner?

2024 planners are not available to purchase on our website, however if you'd like one that covers the last few months of the year, please email us at hello@yourperfectplanner.com.au and we can explain your options

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

We offer refunds on our full priced non-customisable products such as our adhesive pen loops, pens, standard year sticker and monthly tab stickers that were purchased at full price. If you ordered a product on sale or using a discount code, you will be eligible for a store credit. We do not accept refunds on our planners due to the custom nature of them. Our planners are made to order exactly as you’ve built it on our website so we can’t resell them. This also applies to custom stickers and any other customisable products.

How long is your return period?

Once your parcel arrives at your shipping address you have 30 days to send it back to us for a return.

Do you offer free shipping?

At this stage, we offer free shipping for all orders over $120 that are being shipped within Australia. If your order is under $120 your shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your order. Standard shipping starts at $5.50 and express from$11.95.

How long after ordering will my order be shipped?

We aim to get your order out within 14 business days. During busy sale periods or new product launches it may take us a little longer to get orders out due to the volume of orders. Please also remember that lots of our products are custom made to order, not just grabbed off a shelf so the dispatch time can vary.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex or Couriers Please (whatever is most economical for the product and receiver location).

How much does international shipping cost?
