Shipping policy

Please allow 2-14 business days (or longer if you've ordered during a busy sale period) for your order to be made and shipped. Due to our planners being custom-made to order, they take longer to fulfil than a standard stocked product but we work very hard to get them made within 14 business days.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex or Couriers Please (whatever is most economical for the product and receiver location). Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number.

After the item has been shipped we do not have control over it or its transport. Please direct all queries to the respective courier.

If you provide an incorrect address and the item is sent back to the return address, it is your responsibility to pay the second postage fee to send it back to your correct address. A refund will not be given in this case.

Local pick-up is available at Tumbi Umbi 2261 to avoid postage fees. If this option is selected at check out, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. Yo are responsible for organising a time to pick up your order. You must pick your order up within 2 weeks from the date it was fulfilled. If you have not contacted us after 2 months since the order was ready, your order will be cancelled, refunds will not given - We will make every effort to contact you (email, phone and mailing a letter as a last resort if you've provided the correct contact information).

For international orders, any import fees or additional taxes etc will be your responsibility to pay
