Instagram Refund Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

How to Enter
To enter the monthly refund giveaway:

  1. Take a photo or video of your Your Perfect Planner order.

  2. Post it to Instagram as a story or feed post and tag @yourperfectplanner in the post.

Each valid post counts as one entry.

Account Visibility
To be eligible for the refund draw, your Instagram account must be set to public at the time of the post and at the time the winner is selected so that Your Perfect Planner can verify the post and tag.

If your account is private, you are still welcome to share your planner on your story and tag @yourperfectplanner to show your friends, however private accounts cannot be included in the draw as the tag cannot be verified.

Eligibility
Entries are open to customers who have purchased a planner from Your Perfect Planner in the last 30 days and posted their own order on Instagram.

Winner Selection
One winner will be selected each calendar month from all eligible posts that tag @yourperfectplanner during that month.

Refund Amount
The selected winner will receive a refund for their order up to a maximum value of $100 AUD.

If the order value exceeds $100 AUD, the refund will be capped at $100 AUD.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @yourperfectplanner account.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide their order number, and the email address used to place the order to verify their purchase.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, or cannot provide the required information to verify their order, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected.

Refund Process
Once the order is verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional Terms

  • Posts must be genuine and created by the customer who purchased the planner.

  • Your Perfect Planner reserves the right to verify entries and remove any entry that is misleading, fraudulent, or does not meet these terms.

  • By tagging @yourperfectplanner, you grant permission for Your Perfect Planner to share or repost the content on its social media channels, with credit to the original creator.

  • This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Your Perfect Planner reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time if required.
